What it shows
Every initiative placed in its current maturity lane. Each card carries its pillar (left-edge color), its current phase as a gold marker on a six-step track, its health dot, and its Impact / Complexity / Risk / Speed posture.
Why it matters
This is the answer to "where are we?" — at a glance, leaders see what's still being validated, what's being operationalized, and what's running at scale. The phase indicator inside the maturity lane is the chassis's central insight: maturity and phase progress together but are not the same thing. An initiative can sit in Walk for a full quarter while phase moves from Operationalize to Mature.
How to read it
Scan vertically — too many cards stacked in Crawl means the pipeline is jammed. Scan horizontally — a Run-lane card still at the "Operationalize" phase signals a scaled solution that hasn't matured yet. Cards can be dragged between lanes; phase steps are clickable to advance.
What good looks like
Cards moving rightward each quarter. No card in Run with health red. No card in Crawl past four quarters (that's a kill or accelerate decision).
